Covid-19 Update- Aspen is now requiring reservations from Maroon Bells to Aspen Highlands. This was new in 2021 and has never been required before. Be sure to look into it! Please visit our Summer Services page for tons more info on the hike and the new requirements on the Aspen side

West & East Maroon Trailheads...........................................................$55/person or dog with a $220 minimum 

To/From Aspen (approx. 3 hours).........................................................$90/ person with a $540 minimum

Private Transfer to/from Aspen/CB......................................................$900 for up to 10 people and $90 per each additional person in your group, up to 14 people

***Please keep in mind that we can usually group you with others to obtain the minimum requirement so that the rate is the per person rate listed above.

***Trips are booked based off rain or shine and regardless of trail and road conditions, no refunds due to weather or trail/road conditions. We are a small, very seasonal company so we thank you for understanding our cancellation policy.

***None of the mentioned rates include gratuity for the driver. If you were pleased with your driver, please feel free to tip them!

Sadly, with gas prices, increased driver wages due to inflation etc., we've had to increase our rates. We know you aren't happy about this and trust us, we aren't either!

COLORADO WINE COUNTRY TOURS

• Full day trip from Crested Butte to Paonia wineries

• Ride over beautiful Kebler Pass and enjoy the changing Aspen trees

• Stop for lunch at Delicious Orchards (suggested)

• Visit 3-6 wineries for tastings (small additional fee charged by winery)

• Standard Schedule: Departs Crested Butte at 10:00am and arrive back in CB at approx. 6:00pm. (All trips are customizable for your group needs)

• We offer these tours while Kebler Pass is open & dry except July & August but will try to do our best to be flexible with accommodating those months at a peak season rate

Van - up to 14 passengers..............................................................$750 (approx. 8 hour day)

HOURLY EVENT RATES & WEDDINGS 

11 & 14 passenger vans........................................................$250/hour  (2 hour minimum prior and after event)

 -includes 10% gratuity for the driver

Late night rate, midnight and beyond.................$275/hour  (minimums apply) 

-includes 20% gratuity for the driver

*2 hour minimum per vehicle prior to event and 2 hour minimum per vehicle after event

*Airport Cancellation Policy - 30 days with a 20% cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 30 days. We are not responsible for flight cancellations or delays due to weather or airline cancellations. We do however try our best to accommodate flight changes, based on our availability

*Wedding and Events Cancellation Policy- 50% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to event 

*Summer Cancellation Policy - 48 hours for trailheads and 14 days for trips to or from Aspen, both with a 20% cancellation fee if cancelled outside of the 48 hour or 14 day period

*If any of our services are cancelled outside of our cancellation period, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged
